Nora is growing like a weed! Although her weight and height gains have
slowed over the past few months, her development and motor skills are
growing by leaps and bounds. At her checkup last week she weighed in at
8.7kg (19 lbs) and is 71cm (28 inches) long/tall. She is crawling,
standing and can walk while holding on to the edge of the couch, bench,
or anything else she can reach. She says 'mama', 'papa', 'puffs' and
babbles many other sounds, although her favorite vocal sound is her new
found high-pitched shrill/scream (much to mom, dad...and especially
Leinies' dismay)! No teeth yet-but they're coming soon, and her
adorable bald head has wisps of dirty blonde hair FINALLY coming in :)
She LOVES: eating, crawling, standing, bouncing on her butt, licking
& touching the windows, petting the dog, & pointing at things.
She HATES: diaper changes, laying on her back, & any and all forms
of sleep.
