Being from Wisconsin, snow really shouldn't be that big of a deal....but after living for the last 2 years in Austria where snow at lower elevations can be rare, this amount of accumulation made me really excited! At the beginning of December we received 15 cm of snow overnight and woke up to a winter wonderland. Leinie apparently didn't remember what that white stuff was from last winter and loved jumping around and trying to eat it. Of course winters are mild here and all 15 cm were melted by the next afternoon :( So much for a white winter!
