This past weekend we went to Salzburg to visit one of Johannes' old American friends from Graz and his wife who are currently living there. It was great to meet another American couple and to see some of the beautiful sights of the old city. Ben and Jennifer were great tour guides and showed us the best sights and took us to a fantastic Christmas market in the old city center. We drank all sorts of Punsch and Gluhwein while we stood around the open wood fire pits to stay warm. It was a great weekend, and we are looking forward to them visiting us very soon for Christmas in Wiener Neustadt!
